Job Location :- Boisar
Salary :- ₹ 1,50,000 – 2,50,000 P.A
Qualification :- Diploma / BE in Electrical
Experience :- 1 – 5 Years
Job description :-

Roles and Responsibilities :-
• Fault Finding, Trouble Shooting of Forging Press Shop
• Knowledge on PLC, Sensors, Hydraulic Controls, Robotics, Utility Press Machines etc..
• Ability to troubleshoot / Fault finding on Electric, Electronic circuits & Hydraulic circuits
• Hands on Heavy Mechanical Presses for Trouble Shooting
• Attend the Breakdown in Press machines and Utilities area
• Very strong in Root cause analysis & countermeasures by using Problem solving tools
• Reduction of spare part cost
• Work for Maintenance for 5S activity
• Knowledge of IATF requirements & SAP
• Implement the project to reduce the Power cost
