THSTI Recruitment Translational Health Science and Technology Institute (THSTI) is a society registered under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860. It is also an autonomous institute of the Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India. It was set up in 2009 at Gurgaon and is now located in NCR Biotech Science Cluster, Faridabad along with the Regional Center for Biotechnology, Advanced Technology Platforms Center, Small Animal Facility, and Bio-incubator. Envisioned by former secretary of DBT, M. K. Bhan, the centre was created to enable faster transition of lab research to market. Pramod Garg is the executive director of THSTI.THSTI has six intramural centers namely Vaccine & Infectious Disease Research Centre (VIDRC), Pediatric Biology Centre (PBC), Centre for Bio-design & Diagnostics (CBD), Centre for Human Microbial Ecology (CHME), Policy Centre for Biomedical Research (PCBR), and Drug Discovery Research Centre (DDRC).

Qualification / Experience :-
Senior Research Fellow:
- M.Sc. (life science)/ BVSc./ B.Pharma with 2 years research experience. OR MBBS/ BDS/ MVSc./ M.Pharma degree holders
Research Nurse:
- 12th Pass and Diploma in Nursing & Midwifery (3 years course) + Registration as “A” Grade Nurse/ BSc (Nursing)/ Nursing “A” Certificate with 3 years’ experience in hospital/ Nursing Assistant Class III & above from the Armed Forces.
Research Office (Microbiology):
- M.Sc Microbiology. At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in the area of Management, Quality Assurance and/ or Clinical operations of clinical trials/ research projects. GCP trained and experience of handling field-based studies will be preferred
Data Entry Operator:
- Graduate in any discipline with 2 years experience as clinical data entry operator. A speed test of not less than 15000 key depressions per hour through speed test on computer
Research Officer (Clinical):
- MBBS/ BDS/ teaching experience after completing internship OR Ph.D/ MD/ MDS.
Field Assistant:
- 10th Pass with 3 years experience in laboratory doing clinical research OR 12th Pass with 1-year experience in clinical field work or in laboratory doing clinical research OR Degree/ Diploma in MLT/ Clinical Research
Lab Attendant:
- 12th pass with science
Assistant Data Manager:
- Educated to graduation degree in any field with at least 4years of experience in clinical data management OR Master’s degree with at least 2 years of experience in clinical data management
Age Limit :- 18-30 years
Salary :-
- Senior Research Fellow – Rs.43,500/-
- Research Nurse – Rs.31,500/-
- Research Officer (Microbiology) – Rs.52,290/-
- Data Entry Operator – Rs.18,000/-
- Research Officer (Clinical) – Rs.52,290/-
- Field Assistant – Rs.24,800/-
- Lab Attendant – Rs.15,800/-
- Assistant Data Manager – Rs.52,080/-
