- Research Scientist: Rs. 30,000/- pm
- Project Assistant – A: Rs. 17,000/- pm
- Project Technician – A: Rs. 15,100/- pm
- Project Technician – B: Rs. 19,100/- pm
- Senior Research Scientist: Rs. 39,200/- pm

Education :-
Project Technician – A :-
- ITI Pass in Fitter, Electronics.
Project Technician – B :-
- ITI Pass in Turner, Machinist.
Project Assistant – A :-
- Diploma in Electronics/Medical Electronics OR B.Sc in Physics.
Research Scientist :-
- BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in Electronics & Telecommunications, Computer Science/Information, Electronics, Instrumentation & Controls, Microwave or Master in Electronics (M.Sc Electronics) OR
Senior Research Scientist :-
- BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in Electronics & Telecommunications, Electronics, Instrumentation & Controls, Microwaves or Masters in Electronics (M.Sc. Electronics)
