Regarding US :- Mumbai Port Trust (also known as the Bombay Port Trust) is a port which lies midway on the West coast of India, on the natural deep-water harbour of Mumbai (Bombay) in Maharashtra.The harbour the development of other ports, it caters to 8.61 percent of the country’s sea-borne trade handled by Major Ports of the country in terms of volume. It caters to 16.07 percent of POL Traffic handled by Major Ports. spread over 400 square kilometres (150 sq mi) is protected by the mainland of Konkan to its east and north and by the island city of Mumbai to its west. The harbour opens to the south to the Arabian Sea.

Eligibility (Qualification) :-
Graduate Apprentice :-
- Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Technology from a recognized University.
Technician Apprentice :-
- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Technology from a recognized Board of Technical Education.
Trade Apprentice :-
- Passed 10th Class examination under 10+2 system of education or its equivalent. COPA Trade Certificate issued by National Council of Vocational Training.
Mumbai Port Trust Selection Process :-
- The selection process will be based on the marks obtained by the candidates in examinations/semesters.
- If two candidates have secured same marks in the examination, the older candidate will be placed above in the merit list.
- The merit list will be prepared based on the percentage of total marks obtained in all semesters.
