About Company :- SKH Y-TEC India Pvt. Ltd. (SYIPL) is a joint venture between SKH and Y-TEC Corporation of Japan with equity stake in the ratio 51:49. Y-TEC Corporation has extensive experience in the design, development and manufacturing of high-tensile sheet metal components. This joint venture will enable SKH’s Indian operations to provide high tensile metal fabrication solutions to supply critical chassis and suspension assemblies to Suzuki Motors Gujarat (SMG).
