Foundry has 4 DISA and 1 Rahino (Lost Foam) make High Pressure Moulding lines, InductothermFurnace, DISA Sand plant, Magma Simulation Software, Spectrometer Auto Pouring systems and other latest technologies. It’s monthly production capacity is 2200 MT. Maximum weight can be produced is 45Kgs. Castings are being made from 400 to 800 grade and 900 are under development. Atharva Foundries Pvt. Ltd. Hot forging plant having 1600 ton Russian imported press with IBH- inductotherm Make and other equipment that can forge up-to 8 Kgs component.
