About RCFL :- Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCFL) is a leading fertilizers and chemicals manufacturing company with about 75% of its equity held by the Government of India. Company has been accorded the coveted “Miniratna” status in 1997. It has two operating units, one at Trombay in Mumbai and the other at Thal, Raigad district, about 100 KM from Mumbai.RCF manufactures Urea, Complex Fertilizers, Bio-fertilizers, Micro-nutrients, 100 per cent water soluble fertilizers, soil conditioners and a wide range of Industrial Chemicals. The “Ujjwala (Urea) and “Suphala”( Complex fertilizer) brands of fertilizers manufactured by RCF carry high brand equity and are recognized brands all over the country. These products are taken to the farthest corner of the country by extensive RCF dealers network spread throughout the country. Besides fertilizer products, RCF also produces a large number of industrial chemicals that are important for the manufacture of dyes, solvents, leather, pharmaceuticals and a host of other industrial products.

Qualification / Experience :-
Management Trainee (Chemical)
• Regular full time 4 years B.E. / B. Tech / B.Sc. Engineering Graduate in Chemical Discipline/Chemical Technology from UGC / AICTE approved Institutions. Or
• 3 years regular and full time BE / B. Tech / B.Sc. Engineering Graduate in Chemical Discipline from UGC / AICTE approved Institution acquired after Diploma.Allied courses / degrees / dual degrees in Chemical Engineering will not be considered.
Management Trainee (Mechanical)
• Regular full time 4 years B.E. / B. Tech / B.Sc. Engineering Graduate in Mechanical Discipline from UGC / AICTE approved Institutions. Or
• One-year Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety course from UGC/AICTE recognised institutions.The Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety should necessarily be completed after passing above prescribed qualification. OR
• Regular full time 4 years B.E. / B. Tech Graduate in Fire & Safety Discipline from UGC / AICTE approved Institutions. Or
• 3 years Regular full time B.E. / B. Tech Graduate in Fire & Safety Discipline from UGC / AICTE approved Institutions acquired after Diploma
Management Trainee (Civil)
• Regular full time 4 years B.E. / B. Tech / B.Sc. Engineering Graduate in Civil Discipline from UGC / AICTE approved Institutions. Or
• 3 years regular and full time BE / B. Tech / B.Sc. Engineering Graduate in Civil Discipline from UGC / AICTE approved Institution acquired after Diploma.
• Allied courses / degrees / dual degrees in Civil Engineering will not be considered.
Management Trainee (Fire)
• Regular full time 4 years B.E. / B. Tech Graduate in Fire OR Fire & Safety Discipline from UGC / AICTE approved Institutions. Or
• 3 years Regular full time B.E. / B. Tech Graduate in Fire OR Fire & Safety Discipline from UGC / AICTE approved Institutions acquired after Diploma.
Management Trainee(CC Lab)
• Regular and Full time Graduation in any discipline with Regular and Full time Master’s Degree in Chemistry (Organic / Inorganic / Physical / Analytical) from UGC/AICTE approved University / Institution and Ph.D. in Chemistry (Organic / Inorganic / Physical / Analytical) from UGC/AICTE approved University / Institution.
Management Trainee(IT)
• Regular full time 4 years B.E. / B. Tech / B.Sc. Engineering Graduate in Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Technology / Computer Engineering Discipline from UGC / AICTE approved Institutions. Or
• 3 years regular and full time BE / B. Tech / B.Sc. Engineering Graduate in Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Technology / Computer Engineering Discipline from UGC / AICTE approved Institution acquired after Diploma. Allied courses / degrees / dual degrees in Information Technology Engineering will not be considered.
Age Limit :-
• 27 years for Unreserved category/EWS
The Upper age limit is relaxed by:
• 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC,
• 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules.
Selection Process RCFL Recruitment :-
• The selection process for the positions of Management Trainees comprises of Online Test and Personal Interview.
• Online Test Eligible candidates will be required to appear for computer based online objective type test, information for which will be provided in the Admit card.
• For the positions of Management Trainees the online test will be conducted at the centre’s in cities of Bhopal, Delhi, Lucknow, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Guwahati, Kolkata, Mumbai, Nagpur. Medium of Test will be in Rajbhasha (Hindi) and English
